Didn't have the Osprey backpack I wanted. I went on Osprey's website to buy it instead. I did get a cool tent though along with a goofy hat. Oklahoma is not really an outdoor kind of state. So the selection is limited :(

Love this store! They fitted me for my backpack and it fits absolutely perfect. I’ll be coming in again as I gather things to head out on the Appalachian trail next year.

This is a great REI! The staff were very helpful when we wanted to look at a few things that were behind glass cases and giving advice on what was best to get and when to purchase it. There was a great deal to look through in this location and they had a wide variety of items to choose from. I would recommend joining REI co-op for sure if you are at all outdoor inclined. They are a great company and they have some of the best outdoor equipment while being a great employer!

I've been an REI Co-op member for about twenty five years, have never had such a lousy customer service experience. Was looking for a backpack for my daughter. They had one that was a returned item, but I thought it was too small. I suggested maybe I could buy it, test it, and return it if it didn't work. They let me buy it without telling me that it couldn't be returned. Apparently, I was just supposed to know that? When I tried to return it less than 24 hours later, they didn't even try to help. The manager didn't even bother to come out to talk to me or try to fix the issue. No help, just that's the policy, sucks to be you. After 25 years and the small fortune I've spent at REI, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

REI’s customer service is phenomenal. I bought a Thule roof box in May 2023 and used it consistently. Recently (December), the rear hinge of the box had a problem and wouldn’t lift the lid properly. I brought it to REI, with the expectation of receiving a replacement hinge (possibly having to buy it) and to install it myself. Turns out, it was within REI’s one year warranty, so I wouldn’t have to buy the replacement hinge. The technician went a step further and installed it on site! He also fixed another problem that the box had! Super helpful!

REI had a great opening here in Oklahoma City and I'm glad to have them here! I won $100 gift card and there's a good chance I'll win at $500 one because I am very lucky. It's a very nice place with all of your outdoor needs. Obviously the store is quite expensive because it's an outdoor store. Very clean very friendly staff Right now they're selling pretty hard on the credit card but that's okay.

Like an adult kid in a freaking candy store, how the heck do I stop myself when in a REI?!? While this REI is the closest to my home, it is still over an hour's drive away (when will you come to Tulsa, REI?!?) Anyways, fantastically stocked with all the items one might want/need for a multitude of outdoor activities, and super friendly/knowledgeable staff. I was happy to find brands I thought only online, and to my surprise bike nutrition was on sale? That never happens with my LBS('s). I walked out and the sun was setting, how long was I in there?
